Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to submit the hard copy of application after uploading?

No. An SMS is sent to you on your selection and only then the hard copies of application along with required documents will be submitted.

Do we require to affix the photograph in the application when uploading?

No. Photograph is required only after you have been selected.

I have troubleshooting while filling in details.

Please check whether you have filled in all the details as required.

Do I need to make the school fee payment during or after uploading the application form?

No. You need to pay Rs. 500/- towards registration charges when uploading the application. School fees will be collected subsequent to your selection through the bank.

How do I know if I am selected?

An SMS for selected candidates would be sent. Also kindly ensure that the registered mobile number is in the ‘SWITCH ON’ mode or log in to your account.

If I am selected when is the last date for payment of fees and how?

1. On receiving the SMS alert for being selected, you must visit the school office with your downloaded application along with photographs and documents.

2. Any deviation of submission of documents or payment of fees on time will result in forfeiting the admission.

After receiving the SMS alert, will I be considered after the due date of reporting is over?

No. The seat would have been allotted to the next candidate in line of selection.

I am not able to read or fill in the details of your application, what do I do?

How do I make the payment of Rs.500/- towards registration?

You can pay either through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. A sum of Rs.500/- plus necessary service charges as applicable.

Can i ask for reimbursement of my amount paid twice over towards application cum registration for the same candidate and same class?

No.

Admission Procedure

Step-1 : Online Registration

  • Please enter the details on the form online. Note down the registration number and password for future correspondence and follow up.
  • Incomplete applications will be rejected.
  • Selection notification will be sent through SMS.

Step-2 : ONLINE PAYMENT

  • Use a Credit Card/ Debit Card / Net banking only to make the payment online for the registration fee.

Step-3 : PRINTING THE COMPLETED FORM

  • Take a Print out of the completed application form along with the online transaction details for your documentation.

Step-4 : SUBMISSION OF THE FORM AT THE SCHOOL AFTER SELECTION

  • Bring the completed application along with a self-attested copy with the below mentioned documents and submit to the school office on any working day between 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
  1. Birth certificate
  2. Transfer certificate in original (from a recognized school) if applicable
  3. Copy of residence proof / copy of Aadhar card
  4. Occupation proof
  5. Report card of the previous class attended.
  6. Medical certificate from a registered Medical Practitioner
  7. In case of alumni, copy of pass certificate of X / XII
